Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom-made items: Please allow up to 21 business days (3 weeks) for production before shipping. Once your custom order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and availability.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Apollatex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for ready-to-ship items, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
⚠️ Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
